The NSA Just Confirmed Democrats LIED About Tulsi Gabbard — and Referred Senators to the FBI to Prove It

The FBI is now investigating Senate Intelligence Committee Democrats for leaking classified information — and the best part is, it wasn't a Republican politician who blew the whistle. It was the NSA itself that made the criminal referral against Democrats. The same intelligence community that Democrats spent years claiming was on their side just told the feds that Democrat senators may have compromised national security.

According to Just The News journalist John Solomon, FBI counterintelligence and criminal agents are actively probing members of the Senate Intelligence Committee over the leak of a classified NSA intercept. The intercept involved claims by Hezbollah figures about Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and a 2017 trip she took to Syria. The New York Times ran a story on January 28, 2025, that suggested the intercept meant Gabbard "had met with the 'big guy'" — a reference to Hezbollah leadership.

One problem. The NSA itself concluded the leak "accurately contained information from one of its intercepts" but that Gabbard "had not in fact met with Hezbollah leaders." Gabbard adamantly denied the meeting ever happened. So someone on the Senate Intelligence Committee allegedly leaked real classified intelligence to paint a false picture of Gabbard — and the NSA caught them doing it.

Let that marinate for a second. Democrats spent four years screaming about Trump and classified documents. They raided Mar-a-Lago. They wanted him in prison. And now their own senators are under FBI investigation for actually leaking classified material to damage a political opponent. The irony isn't just thick — it's bulletproof.

The NSA made the criminal referral last summer, and FBI Director Kash Patel's bureau has been running with it ever since. This is part of a broader Trump administration crackdown on classified leaks that's been building over the last 15 months. And if the name James Wolfe rings a bell, it should — he was the former Senate Security Chief who pleaded guilty back in 2018 to lying about leaking classified information to a reporter. The Senate Intelligence Committee has a leak problem, and apparently it never went away.

Here's what makes this different from every other Washington scandal. This wasn't a political hit job. The NSA — the most secretive intelligence agency in America — looked at the evidence and said "this is a crime, go investigate." That's not a partisan referral. That's the spooks telling the feds that elected Democrats may have burned classified sources and methods for political gain.

Democrats loved the intelligence community when it was being weaponized against Trump. They treated every anonymous leak as gospel. Every "sources say" was treated like scripture from the burning bush. But now that the same agencies are pointing the finger back at them? Watch how fast they start questioning the "politicization" of intelligence.

We've seen this movie before. They investigate Republicans for years, find nothing, and call it justice. A Democrat gets caught red-handed, and suddenly it's a witch hunt. The difference this time is the receipt has the NSA's letterhead on it.

Good luck spinning that one.
