Judge Who Ruled President Trump Didn’t Have the Constitutional Authority to Stop the Government from Wasting Money has $100 Million+ Conflict of Interest

Unsmiling judge with american flag behind him in the court room

This has got to be one of the most clear-cut instances of corruption that we have ever seen!

Federal Judge Jack McConnell recently issued a ruling blocking President Donald Trump’s spending freeze, demanding that the government keep giving away hundreds of billions of dollars to useless and anti-American causes.

Judge McConnell claimed that it was “unconstitutional” for President Trump to stop the federal government blowing through America taxpayer funds which was… pretty odd to say the least.

The broad categorical and sweeping freeze of federal funds is, as the Court found, likely unconstitutional and has caused and continues to cause irreparable harm to a vast portion of this country,” McConnell ruled.

But come to find out, Judge McConnell has received well over $100 million through the very government fraud that President Trump is trying to stop!

Since being appointed by President Barack Obama back in 2021, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) chaired by this Democrat activist turned judge has received $128 million in government grants.

The NGO is called Crossroads Rhode Island and they pretend to facilitate social programs which help the homeless while funneling most of the money they receive into the pockets of their board members and executives.

In the last year alone Crossroads reported an annual revenue of $30 million. MORE THAN HALF OF IT CAME FROM THE GOVERNMENT, with the NGO having received $18.6 million in government grants.

Of that $30 million, nearly $9 million of it went towards executive compensation and other salaries.

Talk about a conflict of interest!

America First Legal, who uncovered exactly how corrupt and self-serving this judge was, posted on X demanding his recusal.

FEDERAL JUDGE McCONNELL MUST RECUSE HIMSELF IMMEDIATELY. AFL has uncovered a major potential conflict of interest for Judge John McConnell, Chief Judge of the federal district court of Rhode Island, who halted President Trump’s temporary spending freeze.” AFL wrote.

As AFL pointed out, it is common practice for the states to serve as a conduit between the federal government and local NGOs. That was certainly the case for Crossroads, who received their funding from the state of Rhode Island, using funds provided to them by the federal government.

Without this federal funding, the state would not be able to pay NGOs like Crossroads.

This corrupt judge KNEW that so in his ruling ordering taxpayer dollars to continue flowing to the states, he wrote that “all of the states rely on federal funds to provide and maintain vital programs,” adding that if these funds are suddenly cut, the states would face “irreparable harm.”

He even threatened to arrest President Trump if he attempted to defy his ruling!

While pretending to be an unbiased civil servant, Judge McConnell was really just trying to keep the money flowing to the NGO that he sits on the board of!

Federal law requires judges to disqualify themselves “in any proceeding in which (their) impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” Based on the evidence presented by AFL, it’s safe to say it’s more than reasonable to question McConnell’s motives here!
