A Preemptive Pardon is Not Legal and It’s a Direct Admission of Guilt

Democrats in The Swamp are such snakes! They spent about 15 minutes this week pretending to be shocked that History’s Greatest Man of Honor and Integrity™ Joe Biden had lied to them when he pardoned his son Hunter. Of all people! How could you do this, Joe?!

Five minutes after the ink had dried on their quotes for the New York Times, they all started asking, “Hey, could I get one of those blanket pardons, too? Just to cover the years between 1996 and yesterday?”

Politico reports that there are high-level talks going on in the White House to have Biden sign preemptive pardons to protect various Democrats from prosecution. Names under consideration for preemptive pardons include Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, and Tony Fauci. This may not sound like the best legal argument you’ve ever heard, but… that’s not a thing.

Preemptive pardons do not exist. There’s no such thing as a preemptive pardon in the Constitution. Pardons are like a presidential mercy rule that’s intended for people who have already been—at a minimum—indicted for a crime. In most cases, pardon recipients are sitting in a prison cell because they’ve already been through the justice system and had their day in court.

When Joe Biden pardoned Hunter, it was an unusual action because Hunter had not been sentenced yet for the gun and tax evasion crimes he was guilty of. A jury found him guilty of the gun crimes and he pleaded guilty to the $1.4 million in unpaid taxes. He wasn’t sitting in a jail cell when his daddy pardoned him.

It was unprecedented that Biden pardoned Hunter for any and all crimes that he may have committed between 2014 and 2024. No one has ever pardoned anyone for crimes they haven’t been charged with, until now. 2014 was the year that the Biden crime family started raking in that sweet Ukrainian cash, so Biden pardoned his son all the way back to that year.

It sounds crazy, doesn’t it? Even Democrats were admitting as much during their feigned 15 minutes of outrage. Now they all want one!

Liz Cheney allegedly colluded with a witness to fabricate evidence against Donald Trump when she was running the January 6 Committee. If that happened, it’s a crime. But she hasn’t been charged with any crime yet because the Democrats control the Justice Department right now. They’re not going to indict one of their own.

Why would Biden pardon Liz Cheney if she did nothing wrong?

Adam Schiff abused his position as a member of the House Intelligence Committee to lie about the Russia collusion hoax. The House of Representatives officially censured him for that abuse of power. He also lied during the impeachment hoaxes against President Trump. While those were awful, dishonest, and deceitful actions, they’re not crimes! Why are they even talking about a preemptive pardon for Adam Schiff?

Or is there something else in Adam Schiff’s past that he needs a preemptive pardon for?

Likewise, what does Tony Fauci have to worry about? Sure, he lied to the American public over a 40-year period about infectious diseases while serving as the Director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases. He lied about masks, social distancing, and the COVID shots. He gave taxpayer money to China to perform gain-of-function research on the coronavirus. He caused a panic in the 1980s when he pretended that heterosexual couples could get AIDS. Fauci even performed ghoulish puppy-killing torture experiments in his dungeon.

Okay, some of those things do sound like crimes. Maybe he does need one of those preemptive pardons.

The point is this: Why are they talking about granting pardons to these people if they’ve done nothing wrong?

Suggesting that they deserve “preemptive” pardons (which don’t exist) is a direct admission that they are all guilty of crimes.

The funny thing is that Joe Biden is so petty and vindictive that he’s not likely to grant pardons to anyone else, other than his own criminal family members, before his time is up. He’s still mad that he doesn’t get to pretend to be an alleged “president” for four more years after the Democrats scuttled his campaign. They’re on their own and it’s every man, woman, and indeterminate-gendered Democrat for themselves now.

But keep begging for more preemptive pardons, Democrats! It lets us know who the Trump Justice Department should take a close look at.
